The Summit™ Fund is a value-add development fund with an emphasis on residential real estate. The fund is designed to take advantage of the current multi-year deficit in new home unit creation and is developing single and multi-family properties in high-demand neighborhoods in Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, and Walla Walla, WA.

The Pinnacle™ Fund investment thesis is similar in nature to Summit™ Fund, yet more opportunistic in its deployment strategies. Pinnacle™ may participate in other Hillstone Funds, Preferred Equity™ Projects, direct investments, and debt securities. Apex™ is an opportunistic, core-plus strategic fund that is principally invested in long term single and multi-family residential rental properties. Market timed to perfection, and with the proprietary income model Hillstone has created, Apex™ is poised to transcend all residential rental models.
Velocity Advance™ is a powerful way to capitalize on your investment and receive monthly, or quarterly income, and can be used as a budgeting tool for your discretionary accounts. Velocity Advance™ could provide an opportunity to access capital for unexpected events, planned holiday vacations, or other expenses or acquisitions you desire.
Hillstone Preferred Equity Projects
Preferred Equity™ Projects allow our partners to invest directly into the equity of a particular asset, or project.
Historically, these investments produce a higher return on cash, and therefore create the opportunity for investors to increase their overall annual yield. Preferred Equity™ Projects are available on a first come first serve basis, with participation levels ranging from $50,000–250,000.
